Hurricane Maria
When Hurricane Maria devastated the island of Puerto Rico, Cahaba was there immediately to help the local communities regain power. Cahaba successfully completed its contract with Fluor Corp and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Yabucoa area, where we were responsible for clearing right-of-ways, building and maintaining over 25 miles of power line access roads, and providing close ground support to power line construction crews.
