Whether it’s a hurricane, tornado, ice storm, fire, or any natural or manmade disaster, Cahaba is here to help. Our major services include opening streets, curbside cleaning, debris removal, debris processing, automobile removal, vessel recovery, and demolition. We currently employ 60 full and part-time staff with an average of 15 permanent staff.

With contracts in over 40 counties throughout Alabama, Cahaba is a trusted contractor when it comes to maintaining our infrastructure. When disaster strikes, Cahaba is also there to provide emergency services when called upon.

The experience we’ve had in the past has allowed us to become one of the best river debris removers. Disposal of flood debris from rivers like Blanco and San Marcos has been one of our proudest works.

Cahaba has a longstanding reputation in forestry, ever since our founder Buddy Fuzzell began cruising timber in 1961. Today, we are involved in land acquisition, timber cruising, logging, and stump extraction/removal.

Cahaba knows how important a sustainable environment is, which is why we have been involved in projects creating artificial reefs in the Gulf of Mexico. We also provide waterway services for cleaning your creeks and rivers.
